How long does it take to get something printed?
Depending on the type of print material and our current workload, it can take anywhere from 1-7 days to complete. If you require a super fast turnaround, don’t hesitate to ask as it may still be possible but could require an additional fee.
Please note: Print suppliers will have their own independent lead times and that are not reflected in our estimations unless requested.
How many revisions do I get?
Typically, our clients will receive up to 3 revisions to cover each stage of the design process.
1. Initial Concepts – Give your honest thoughts and choose a design you like.
2. Developed Design & Content – Make sure you’re happy with the layout and placement of content.
3. Finishing Touches – Ensure everything is good to go before the print files are prepared.
How much will it cost?
Set pricing for design work is nearly impossible due to the vast number of variables, so that’s why it’s great to provide us with as much information as possible before be begin.
This includes: content, design specifications, branding requirements and delivery timescale.
We’ll provide you with a free quote based off your requests and number of estimated hours required to complete the project.
Quantity based quotes for the printing services can also be obtained if you haven’t already sourced a supplier.
How are payments structured?
We typically agree a fee with the client once we know all the details about the project, and charge 50% before starting, and the other 50% on completion.
This enables a trusted mutual commitment to the project so we can work in confidence!
How will I receive the artwork files?
The artwork files will come fully prepared for print to ensure there are no formatting errors.
Depending on the size of the files, the will either be provided via email or sent via WeTransfer to your inbox. We are also upload or send the files directly to the print supplier if required.
What software do you use?
To ensure professionalism, quality and creative freedom, we use Adobe Creative Suite products such as Illustrator and Photoshop to create our artwork.
Print files will be prepared as either a (.pdf) or (.ai) format depending on the suppliers request.
